After over 25 years of building special purpose machines we have
developed several products that filled a need which we were
unable to find in other commercially available products. We have
spotlighted some of them here. For example, we repeatedly came
across the need for slides that were smooth, precise, accurate, and
in as small a package as possible. While there is no shortage of
manufacturers of linear stages, any products we found were either
too expensive, too bulky, not accurate enough or just of poor
quality. Unable to find a slide we were comfortable putting in one of
our machines, we developed our own line of low profile X - Y
crossed roller tables. Perhaps they will be the right solution for
your application as well.

Our rotary tables were developed for the same kinds of reasons. We are very proud that the Academy of
Motion Picture Arts & Sciences has honored us with a Scientific & Technical Academy Award® for the fact that
our 1068 Rotator and the series of modular linear slides that go along with it have "become the de-facto
standard of the industry". We believe our Rotator is unique with its 4.5" clear center opening, modularity of
mounting and motor placement and a thrust load capacity of 1,500 pounds. We have achieved this while
maintaining zero backlash and a 225 ft. lb. torque rating. While we are proud of our Academy Award®, we are
even prouder that this Rotator has achieved wide spread acceptance in industries as diverse as CNC
machining, fiber lay up for composite fabrication, radar mapping, flight simulators and many others.
